1. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this
Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking
SPONSORED
issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 09.02.2021
(Annexure P-5) and 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-10), whereby claim of the
petitioner for grant of one additional increment for acquiring degree of
M.Phil during her service tenure, has been rejected. Further, seeking
issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant one
additional increment for acquiring degree of M.Phil, in view of the
notification dated 02.09.2009 w.e.f. 01.01.2006, with all consequential
benefits including arrears along with interest @ 12% per annum.
