1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some

length, upon instructions of his client, seeks permission to

withdraw the present revision petition in view of the amended

proviso appended to Section 115 of CPC, with liberty to file a writ

petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. Permission sought for is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

4. All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

5. Further, the Registry is directed to return the Vakalatnama

and certified copy of the impugned orders dated 14.12.2018 &
