The present charge sheet has been filed by PSI,
Cantonment Railway Police Station, Bengaluru against accused
No.1 and 2 for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B)
of NDPS Act,1985.
2. The brief facts of the case of the prosecution is as
under:
That on 18.10.2022, when CW-1 along with CW-4 to 9 and
also along with dogs squad were in patrolling duty at 9.00 a.m,
and when they were near Platform No.4 of K.R.Puram Railway
Station, they found the accused No.1 and 2 who were in
possession of 4 kg 250 grams of ganja in two bundles which was
brought from Vishakapatnam to sell the same in Bengaluru. As
such, they were apprehended and seized the contraband ganja
and CW-1 registered a case against accused No.1 and 2 as per
Spl.C.C. No.681/2023
