On 02.02.2026, this Court specifically afer hearing respective
counsels, extended the interim orders an the ground that the core issue
involved in batch of cases is pending before the Hon’bie Division Bench,
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel
for the petitioner in W.P.No. 23768 of 2024 as well as learned Government
Meader Ms. Anusha, jointly submit that the identical matters are panding
before the Hon’ble Division Bench.
Hence, interim orders granted earlier by this Court, are extended
fora further period of eight (08) weeks.
Post these matters after six (06) weeks.
Ms.K.Divya, learned counsel who is appearing for implead
petitioner in LA.No.1 of 2025 undertakes to serve the legible copies of
relevant documents, which were already filled in W.P.No.23768 of 2024 to
the learned counsel for the petitioner, viz., Sri C.Sumon.
