and Ors.” [WP(C) No. 1174/2025], to claim parity.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. Requisite
steps for service be taken within one week.

Meanwhile, respondents are directed to maintain status quo qua subject
land comprised of Khasra No. 530 measuring 06 kanals and 03 marlas situated in
village Sahar, Kathua.
