1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been
moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated
29.06.2018 passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Jahazpur, District Bhilwara in Criminal Regular Case No.43/2012
whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum
imprisonment of three years under Sections 420/120B, 467/120B,
468/120B of IPC and lesser punishment for the other offence
under Section 471 of IPC (for petitioner No.1 only).
