03. 1. Heard Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court
that the trial is in progress and five witnesses have been examined
from the side of the prosecution.
3. Considering the nature of allegations and the chargesheet
under Section 302 IPC being filed, the Court is inclined to peruse
the evidence of the witnesses examined so far. For further hearing
and orders, list on 29th January, 2025.
