2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint
Case No.2618 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 26(1)(f)(g),
52(1), 64 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Bihar Amendment Act, 1989) and
Sections 27, 29, 31, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, pending in the Court of
the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
