The instant criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellant against
the judgment dated 11/10/1995 passed by Second Additional Sessions Judge,
Jabalpur in S.T.No.21/1986, whereby the appellant has been convicted for
the offence punishable under Section 120-B, 302/33 of IPC and sentenced to
undergo imprisonment for life and fine of Rs.100/- and under Section 364 of
IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 10 years and fine of Rs.100/-with
default stipulations.
