Resolute Corporate Advisory LLP is a boutique firm that specializes in Insolvency-related work. I am an Insolvency Professional, and we have 3 more partners who are also Insolvency Professionals, all with more than 25 years of experience as a CA and a Banker.
We are being appointed as Resolution Professional and Liquidator by the NCLT and are handling Multiple assignments. We are having a team of in-house and outsourced Advocates to support our transactions. We are based in Zirakpur (Punjab).

The employee shall assist with IBC cases and be part of our team.
We will provide an overall exposure of IBC and other laws. The concerned resource shall be required to handle IBC transactions of our IP’s.
