The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has released the schedule for the Class 12 Higher Secondary (HS) examinations. As per the timetable, the Assam Board Class 12 exams for 2025 are scheduled to take place between February 13 and March 17, 2025. The examinations will be conducted in two sessions: the morning session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the afternoon session from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Assam Education Minister, Ranoj Pegu took to Twitter to announce the Class 12th exam schedule.
The post reads, “The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) today announced the schedule of the 2025 Higher Secondary Final Year Examinations. According to the schedule, the final year examinations will be held from February 13 to March I wish the candidates all the best in both the 2025 examinations with full preparation and success.” (Rough Translation).
Along with the theory exam schedule, the board has also released the timetable for the Assam Board Class 12 practical exams. According to the announced dates, the practical exams for Assam Class 12 HS students will take place in all schools from January 29 to February 10.
As stated in the Assam Class 12th timetable issued by the concerned authorities students will be given an additional 10 minutes before the start of the theory exams to review the question paper. During the morning session, this review time will be from 8:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., while in the afternoon session, it will take place from 1:20 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
