3. The instant application for anticipatory bail has

been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13375 of 2026(2) dt.26-02-2026

case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341,

323, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the allegations in the F.I.R., while the

informant was sitting at his doorstep, the petitioners arrived

and began abusing him. When he objected, they assaulted

him with lathi and danda, causing injuries to his head. It is

further alleged that when the informant’s mother intervened,

she too was assaulted, and a silver ornament was taken away

by the accused persons from the house.
