1. The plaintiffs have filed the present suit seeking permanent injunction
restraining infringement of trademark, copyright, passing off of
trademark/trade-dress, piracy of registered design, unfair trade practices,
rendition of accounts, along with other ancillary reliefs, under Sections
27(2), 29 and 135 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (‘Trademarks Act’),
Sections 51 and 55 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (‘Copyright Act’) and
Section 22 of the Designs Act, 2002 (Designs Act).
