01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.687 of 2019 pending in
the Court of learned JMFC, Soro arising out of Simulia
P.S. Case No.210 of 2019 for commission of offence
punishable under Sections 448/ 341/ 294/ 307/ 325/
379/ 506/ 34 of I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the
prayer.

4. Taking into account that the Petitioner Nos.1
and 4 are ladies and the Petitioner No.3 is aged about
86 years, this Court directs that on surrendering within
three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners

shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin
on such terms as deemed just and proper.

5. Before releasing the learned Court shall verify
as to whether this order has been assailed before the
Apex Court and if so, the result thereof.

7. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall
cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
