the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier
rejected twice in B.A. No. 8856 of 2023 and B.A. No. 9828 of
2024.
It appears from the impugned order that the trial
has been fixed for recording of the statement of the petitioner
u/s 313 Cr.P.C. It also appears that 18 bruises were found on
the person of the deceased. The petitioner appears to be the
husband of the deceased.
