[1.0] By way of present revision application under Section 397 read
with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short
“CrPC”), the applicant has requested to quash and set aside the
impugned judgment and order dated 11.07.2016 passed by the
learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad below
Exh.1 in Criminal Case No.330/2003.
