1. Heard Shri Sachin Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the material available on record.
2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
“A). to issue an order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 15, Sultanpur to decide the Regular Suit No. 303 of 2025 (Anil Tiwari Vs. Swatantra Pratap), which is pending since 19.04.2025, within the time specified by this Court in the interest of justice.
B). to issue an order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 15, Sultanpur to decide the application bearing no. 6 ga 2 under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 CPC, which is pending since 19.04.2025 within the time specified by this Court in the interest of justice.”
