The petitioner filed this petition U/Sec.166 of Motor
Vehicles Act 1988 for claiming compensation of
Rs.10,00,000/-.
2. The brief facts of the case of the petitioner is that, on 27-
05-2023 at about 8.00 a.m. he was riding the motorcycle
bearing Reg.No.KA-40/X-9073 near Nallaguttalapalli,
Bagepalli Taluk, Chikkaballapura, wherein the driver of the
Bolero Pickup Vehicle bearing Reg.No.KA-40/A-7667 drove
the same, in a rash and negligent manner, so as to endanger
the human life, came at high speed and dashed to the
petitioner’s motorcycle and caused the accident, as a result
of forced impact, petitioner was fell down and sustained
grievous injuries.
