About the Position
Cholamandalam investment and Finance company are looking for an experienced ALM who handle litigation and legal operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle civil & criminal litigation matters.
- Coordinate with advocates and attend court proceedings.
- Manage recovery, Arbitration & compliance matters.
- Filing EP.
- Section 25 of PASA.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years experience in NBFC, Banking, Corporate or litigation practice preferred.
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with Bar Council (preferred).
- Knowledge of EP filing, Arbitration and Conciliation act, civil, criminal.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, Deal with Customer, External Vendor.
Location
Latur / Solapur Maharashtra Local Candidates preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards (Negotiable).
