Allu Arjun and Sukumar have unleashed the true potential of Indian Cinema with their latest film Pushpa 2- The Rule. The film has literally set the cash registers on wildfire, by minting Rs 168 crore on Day 1, and Rs 10 crore from its premiere shows with it breaching the language barrier.

As per Sacnilk, the film has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark before the end of second day of its release, with the help of its morning and early afternoon shows. Till 4 PM on Friday, the film has minted an upward collection of Rs 32 crore, thus taking the overall collection of the film to Rs 211 cr, and hereby joining the ranks of films like Baahubali 2-The Conclusion and RRR, who were able to cross the Rs 200 crore mark on the second day itself.
The trade would be expecting the film to earn an additional 20 crore and end the day with a total collection of Rs 50 crore.

After an amazing day 1 collection of Rs 168 crore, one might feel that day 2 has witnessed a sharp fall, but one needs to consider that the film released on a Thursday and Friday was always expected to record a drop. But as the weekend kicks in, one can once again expect the film to reach Rs 80 to Rs 90 crore on Saturday and Sunday, thereby crossing the Rs 400 crore mark, helping it make an entry into the Top 10 films of Indian Cinema .
