Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection
with Nawalpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 instituted under
Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian
Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are
said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for
the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have
falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the
injury caused to the victim is simple in nature.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application
is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within
four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1 st
Class, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in
connection with Nawalpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, subject to
the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
