2. This criminal appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 has been preferred by the appellants, being aggrieved of the
judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.12.2015 passed by the
learned Special Judge (Atrocities) Satna, M.P. in Special Sessions Trial No.
121/2014, whereby the appellants were convicted and sentenced as under:-
