Reason:
1
The counsel for the petitioner invites our attention
to medical records placed in the Special Leave Petition and
submits that the petitioner and his wife have minor
children. His presence, particularly at the time of
operation and immediately thereafter, will help her to
recover at the earliest. Further, he can also look after
the children and facilitate the required amount towards
expenses.
The standard procedure is to first apply to the
authorities, convince them with pressing reasons, and have
parole orders, but the same procedure is not followed.
We are not examining and observing at this stage
whether to advise the petitioner, either in moving the High
Court or this Court, is correct.
Be that as it may. Looking at Annexures, we are of
the view that the petitioner could be granted parole for a
week from 15.06.2025 till 21.06.2025.
The order is directed to be communicated through the
concerned CJM in connection with Special Case No.1115/2017
(State of U.P. vs. Ajay Kumar) arising out of Case Crime
No.149 of 2014, P.S. Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr.
The order is executed through the Senior
Superintendent, Central Jail, Agra, U.P.
