that in spite of repeated orders passed by this
Court that in cases of sexual offences against
women and children, the names of the victim
should be masked, somehow in the instant case at
page Nos.46, 49 and 50, the name of the victim
appears. Hence, the Registrar Judicial shall
forthwith take steps to ensure that the name of
