Application No. 32602/2025, in connection
with Case Crime/First Information Report
(FIR) No. 59/2021 dated 27.02.2021
registered with Police Station – Dhaulana,
District – Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, for
offences punishable under Sections 420,
467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the
Prevention of Damage to Public Property
Act, 1984.
