the applicant through V.C.

counsel with Mr. Ayush Agrawal, learned
counsel for the complainant.
4. In all these anticipatory bail
applications, the applicants are praying
for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR
dated 03.02.2025, bearing FIR No. 0003
of 2025, registered at P.S. Bhowali
District Nainital which was lodged for the
offences punishable under sections 419,
420, 424, 464, 467, 468 IPC.
5. While entertaining all these
anticipatory bail applications, interim
protection was granted by granting
interim bail.
6. Learned counsel for the State
informed this Court that the investigation
has already been completed and now
charge sheet has been filed and also
submits that the interim bail granted
earlier in all these anticipatory bail
applications were never been misused. It
has also been apprised that in the charge
sheet cognizance has already been taken
and accused have been summoned to
face the trial.
7. Taking into consideration that
charge sheet has already been filed and
cognizance has been taken by the trial
court and accused persons have been
summoned to face the trial, and the
protection granted earlier to all these
applicants were never been misused
during investigation, the interim bail
granted to all these applicants in the
aforesaid FIR are made absolute.
8. Subject to the observation and
direction as above, all these anticipatory
bail applications are disposed of finally.
Copy of this order be placed in all the
anticipatory bail applications.
