. Impugned in the present Writ Petition under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India is the Judgment and Order dated 22.04.2024
passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Latur (for
short, ‘Tribunal’) in Appeal No.45/2022 filed under the provisions of
Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools [Conditions of Service]
Regulation Act, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘MEPS’) setting
aside the otherwise termination order dated 15.06.2018 and directing
reinstatement of Respondent No.1 (hereinafter referred to as the
‘Teacher’) in the services as the ‘Assistant Teacher’ with continuity of
service and all consequential benefits and directing payment of full
back-wages from the date of termination till reinstatement. The parties
are hereinafter referred as per their nomenclature.
