Leave granted.
The appellants seek regular bail in
connection with FIR No.20/2023 dated 14.08.2023,
Khagaria for the offences punishable under
Sections 419, 420, 379, 379, 467, 468, 471, 120-B
and 34 the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 66(D)
of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and
Section 3 of the Bihar Protection of Interests of
Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act,
2002.
We have heard the learned counsel appearing
for the parties.
We have perused the record with specific
reference to the allegations made against the
appellants. We are inclined to set aside the
impugned order passed by the High Court only for
the reason that the appellants have been under
incarceration for a period of more than two years
and the trial has already commenced and is
progressing sufficiently.
