ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023, seeking quashment of the proceedings against
the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.138 of 2024 on the file of
Mahabubnagar-II Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.
2. Heard Mr.I.V.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel representing
Mr.M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Syed
Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the
respondent No.1-State.
3. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.138 of
2024 for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 469, 470, 471, 472, 473 of
Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent
No.1 would submits that during pendency of this petition, in Crime No.138 of
2024 has been closed by the investigating agency by the endorsing the
matter as “civil in nature”, hence, the contested cause does not subsist for
adjudication.
5. Having regard to the submission and the crime has been closed,
nothing further remains in this matter for deliberation.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
