    After arguing for some time, when the Court was not

    inclined to entertain the aforesaid appeal, i.e. challenge to the

    judgment and order dated 10th June, 2026, passed by the learned

    Single Judge, in WP (C) No.152 of 2025, learned counsel for the

    appellant sought leave to withdraw the appeal. He states that the

    appellant will pursue the case on merits.

    3. We make it clear that the authorities to decide the case on
