About the Opportunity
SheSR is looking for a Consultant – PoSH & Gender Equity based in Bengaluru.
You’ll draft PoSH policies, serve as an external member of Internal Committees, conduct investigations, deliver training, and work on research, reports, and tailored gender equity solutions for our clients.
The role is full time with two work from home days each week.
Roles and Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with hands on experience across most of these:
- Drafting PoSH policies
- Serving as an external IC member
- Conducting investigations
- Training employees and IC members
- Around three years of practical experience
Eligibility Criteria
A background in law or gender studies is preferred. More importantly, you bring sound judgement, empathy, and rigour. If you meet most of the requirements, we’d still love to hear from you.
Salary
The salary is ₹50,000 per month. We are a small team. What we offer is meaningful work, real ownership, and the opportunity to help shape safer workplaces and grow with us.
