Heard Sri N. Praveen Reddy, learned Counsel for the
petitioner and Smt. Katta Radha Reddy, learned Assistant
Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the
respondents and perused the material on record.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent Nos.1 to
4 herein in interfering with the peaceful possession of the
petitioner’s land out of Sy.No.506 (Sy.No.506D/A,
Sy.No.506/A/A), admeasuring Ac.3.00 guntas situated at
SK,J
Nalgonda Village, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District,
without following due process of law.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land
admeasuring Ac.3-00 Guntas in Sy.No.506 situated at
Nalgonda Village, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District,
having purchased the same under a registered Sale Deed
bearing Document No.2679/2010 dated 07.06.2010.
Pursuant to the purchase, the Petitioner’s name was mutated
in the revenue records by proceedings dated 14.10.2010 and
Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed No.481063 with Khata
No.963 were issued in his favour. The Petitioner’s name has
been reflected in all revenue records and pahanies ever since.
After introduction of the Rythu Bandhu Scheme, the
Petitioner was issued a new e-Pass Book on 29.08.2018.
However, the extent of land was incorrectly shown as Ac.2-06
Guntas instead of Ac.3-00 Guntas. The Petitioner approached
the revenue authorities and submitted representations,
including through the Dharani Portal, seeking correction of
the extent, but no action was taken by the respondents.
