1. Heard the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory
application has been filed with the prayer to amend the Cr.M.P. No.
2020 of 2026 by incorporating the additional prayer to quash the order
dated 25.07.2025, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No.
171 of 2023 whereby and where under the learned Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh found prima facie case for the offences and
directed to issue summon against the petitioner, as also the order dated
16.12.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-
