This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in
Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, for the offences
punishable under Sections 276, 318(4), 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNS”) and Sections 27(d), 17B(b) of the
Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (hereinafter referred to as “DC Act”).

2. On the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first
respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2025 alleging that the
second respondent company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing a
wide range of intermediates, active pharmaceutical ingredients and drug
products and has a research center at located at Vadodara, Gujarat State. It
owns several registered trademarks including Rosuvas, Ranozex, Montek,
Volibo, Rozavel, Levipil, Gemer, Instament and Ticagerlor.
