Since the issues that arise in the above writ appeals are
integrally one and the same, the writ appeals are being disposed of
by this Common Judgment.
2. These two writ appeals arise out of a common order dated
21.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.37524 of
2021 and 16757 of 2025. By the said common order, the learned
Single Judge dismissed both the Writ Petitions filed by the appellant
herein, thereby upholding the actions of the respondents in
disconnecting the electricity supply to the appellant’s agricultural
land on two separate occasions i.e., on 14.10.2021, in respect of a
second connection sanctioned and installed on 25.09.2021; and on
16.06.2025, in respect of the first connection bearing Service
Connection (S.C.) No.120701682, which had been subsisting since
2014.
