This is a Case filed by Inspector of Police, Repalle rural circle
against A1 to A4 for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 r/w 34
IPC in Cr.No. 76/2015 of Nizampatnam Police Station.
02. The brief facts of the prosecution case are :
The deceased Narra Venkatarao is originally the native of
Narravaripalem village of Nizampatnam Mandal. About 10 years ago, the
deceased married the defacto complainant Narra Tirupathamma and they
blessed with two daughters and a son. Initially the deceased Narra Venkatarao
used to work as a driver on the tractor of Kanneti Nagendram, father of A1.
During that period, the deceased Narra Venaktarao harassed Pandaraboina
Sankaramma, the daughter of A3 and the niece of A1 and compelled her to love
him. Due to the unbearable harassment of the deceased, the said Sankaramma

committed suicide by consuming pesticides pills, in that connection, a report was
given by the family members of Pandaraboina Sankaramma, a case in
Cr.No.01/2012, under section 306 of Indian Penal Code was registered against
the deceased Narra Venaktrao in Adavuladeevi Police station. The said case
was ended in acquittal vide SC No.122/2013.
