Call for Papers

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstract length: 250 – 500 words
• Minimum of 5 keywords
• Co-authorship permitted for up to 2 authors

Full Paper Guidelines

• Word limit: 3,500 – 6,000 words
• Citation style: Bluebook (20th Edition)
• Submissions undergo Double-Blind Peer Review

Policy Brief Track

Theme: “Beyond Borders: Jurisdiction, Extradition, and the Enforcement of Human Rights Obligations.”

• Abstract length: 300 – 350 words
• Policy brief length: 1,500 – 2,000 words
• Co-authorship permitted for up to 2 authors
• Accepted policy briefs will be presented at a Practitioner Dialogue Session and published in conference proceedings
