AS.No.355 of 2005:
1.1. This Memorandum of Appeal is filed by the appellants-
defendant No.4 and plaintiff No.3 under Section 96 of the Civil
Procedure Code, 1908 (for short ‘C.P.C.’) assailing the common
judgment and decree passed by the learned I Additional District
Judge, Ranga Reddy District in OS.No.3 of 2000 dated 17.12.2004
wherein the suit for partition is partly decreed in respect of ‘A’
schedule property.
1.2. Appellant Nos.1 is defendant No.4 and appellant No.2 is
plaintiff No.3 in OS.No.3 of 2000.
AS.No.101 of 2007:
2.1. This Memorandum of Appeal is filed by the appellant Nos.1
to 4-defendant Nos.1 to 4 and one N.Vijaya under Section 96 of the
CPC assailing the common judgment and decree in OS.No.22 of
2001 dated 17.12.2004 wherein the suit for partition is decreed.
2.2. Appellant Nos.1 to 4 are defendant Nos.1 to 4, respondent
No.1 is the plaintiff, respondent No.2 is the defendant No.5 in
OS.No.22 of 2001. Appellant No.5-N.Vijaya is not a party to the
suit.
