Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft Writ Petitions before the Allahabad High Court.
• Prepare pleadings in criminal and civil matters.
• Draft Bail Applications.
• Draft Affidavits, Counter Affidavits, and Rejoinders.
• Prepare Miscellaneous Applications and other High Court pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
