Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
• Draft and review privacy policies, consent forms, and compliance checklists.
• Conduct legal research on evolving data protection laws and regulatory developments.
• Support the legal team in technology, cybersecurity, and consumer compliance matters.
• Assist in aligning digital and e-commerce operations with applicable data privacy regulations.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. or Integrated Law Graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of the DPDP Act, 2023.
• Knowledge of Data Fiduciaries, Data Principals, and Consent Mechanisms.
• Excellent legal research, communication, and drafting skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interest in corporate law, technology law, and data privacy.
