ZEUS Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Commercial Litigation & Restructuring Team. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 3–4 years of experience seeking to work on commercial disputes, restructuring, insolvency, and corporate litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation and restructuring matters.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Represent and assist in proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
• Advise clients on insolvency, restructuring, and corporate law issues.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on complex commercial disputes.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation and restructuring.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in insolvency and corporate litigation will be an advantage.
