1. This appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (the Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the sole
accused, in Sessions Case No. 44253/2015 on the file of
Additional Sessions Judge, North East, Karkardooma Courts,
Delhi, assailing the judgment dated 06.06.2016 and order on
sentence dated 10.06.2016 as per which he has been convicted for
the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC).
