1. The petitioner by way of the instant petition, seeks quashment of FIR
No.952/2020 for the offences punishable under Section
420/468/467/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at police
station Ranhola, Delhi and all consequential proceedings/ action thereto.
2. The facts of the case would indicate that there is a property dispute
between the parties. The dispute has been resolved vide settlement deed
dated 25.04.2026.
