1. In these appeals filed under 374(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), accused nos. 1 and 2 (A1 and
A2) in SC No. 6605 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Sessions
Judge- Fast Track, South-West, Dwarka, New Delhi, assail the
judgment dated 30.01.2019 and order on sentence dated
30.01.2019 as per which they have been convicted and sentenced
for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 376D read with 34
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC). A1 has also been
convicted for the offence punishable under Part II of Section 506
IPC.
