    02. 1. Heard Mr. L. Samantray, learned Senior Counsel being
    ably assisted by Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the
    petitioner and Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the
    Caveator-Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2.

    2. During the course of hearing, Mr. S. Sahu, learned
    counsel appearing for the Caveator-Opposite Party Nos.1 and
    2 submitted that the financial bids have already been opened
    and Opposite Party Nos.4 to 7 have been selected for supply
    of food to the respective hostels/canteens.

    Mr. Sahu, learned counsel further submitted that the
    representation of the petitioner, annexed as Annexure-6 to
    the writ petition is under active consideration of the
    competent Committee constituted by Opposite Party Nos.1
    and 2.

    3. The petitioner is directed to serve two extra copies of the
    writ petition on Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel appearing for

    Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 during the course of the day.

    4. Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party
    Nos.1 and 2 shall obtain instructions with regard to the
    petitioner’s representation, which is stated to have been
    submitted on 06.07.2026 (Annexure-6) and apprise this Court
    on the next date.

    5. The memo filed by Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel appearing
    for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2, be kept on the record.

    6. List this matter on 5th August, 2026.
