1. This appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated
30.07.2021 passed by the learned District Judge/Commercial Court-03,
Patiala House Court, New Delhi in O.M.P (COMM.) 19/2019, filed under
Section 34 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘the Act’, for short)
with the following prayers: –
“i. allow the present appeal and set aside the impugned
Order dated 30.07.2021 passed by the Ld. Judge in O.M.P
(COMM.) 19 of 2019 and restore the arbitration award
dated 26.09.2018 passed by the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal.
ii. call for the complete records for the adjudication of the
present appeal.”
