1. Heard Sri Kameshwar Singh and Sri Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant; Sri Debee Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the informant; Mohd. Shoeb Khan, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the Trial Court record as well as the judgment.
2. Present Criminal Appeal No. 3794 of 2010 and Criminal Appeal No. 3925 of 2010, have been preferred by convict appellant-Dhanushdhari Singh, and Yashwant Singh respectively against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence of the learned Trial Court dated 04.06.2010 passed in Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2008, State of U.P. Vs. Dhanushdhari Singh, Sessions Trial No. 145 of 2009 State of U.P. Vs. Ankur Singh @ Sheru Singh and others arising out of Case Crime No. 42 of 2008 under Sections 302/34, 307/34, 504, 506, and 427 I.P.C.
