[1] Mr. Phungyo Zingkhai, learned State Counsel for appellants in WA
No. 56 of 2021 and respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 in WA No. 21 of 2021; Mr. W.
Sanatomba, learned counsel on record for appellant in WA No. 21 of 2021
and respondent No. 3 in WA No. 56 of 2021; and Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu,
learned counsel for respondent No. 2 in WA No. 56 of 2021 and respondent
No. 4 in WA No. 21 of 2021 are before this Court.
[2] Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel who is before this Court
(physical Court), requests for an adjournment stating that he has now
entered appearance for respondent No. 1 in WA No. 56 of 2021 and for
respondent No. 5 in WA No. 21 of 2021 and he needs time to acquaint
himself with the matter before advancing arguments.
[3] Afore-referred other counsel before this Court do not oppose the
adjournment request of Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel.
[4] Afore-referred adjournment request of learned counsel, Mr. Juno
Rahman is acceded to.
