    (i) The Petitioner, being the Inspector-in-Charge of Khurda Sadar

    P.S., Khu7rda concerning over the illegal stone quarrying at

    Tapanga, Durgapur, Chhatrama and Kaipadar villages, addressed

    a letter to the Superintendent of Police, Khurda requesting him to

    convene a meeting to address the issue of illegal stone quarrying.
