1. The present petition invoking the jurisdiction of this
Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is
directed against the order dated 15.04.2026 of the 5 th
Additional District Judge, Commercial Court at the
District Court, Ahmedabad Rural passed on an
application filed by the award debtor under Section
36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in
short as the “Act’ 1996”).
